The first thing I have to determine is what size I am dealing with and if there is more than one to make? Is it a set for example. Then, I layout either like or opposite color fabrics and choose the combinations that I love the most. I cut out the sizes out and iron the pieces really well. Then I lay them out in order and begin. I find that once I have one started, I am addicted to finishing it. There is such a joy in the accomplishing of one.
Then I get the thrill of posting it and sharing it on Instagram and Etsy. My favorite part is reading the amazing Etsy reviews! I tear up every time. It means so much to me. I love my store, creating beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces and then seeing how well they are received is just the best!
